The Eagles now possess a 20-10 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Belton for a 5A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, January 24.
With the loss, Chaparral falls to 19-10 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to University (Waco, TX) to play the Trojans in a 5A Region II District 16 bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 4-15. University lost 50-36 in their recent league bout against Lake Belton (Temple, TX)
