The Lake Arthur Tigers basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Welsh Greyhounds to 34 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Port Barre for a 2A District 6 contest on Friday, January 21. Lake Arthur will meet a Red Devils team coming off a 63-33 league loss to Welsh (Welsh, LA). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-6.
