January 18, 2024: Burt Lake, MI 49717 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Alanson Vikings (Alanson, MI) and the host North Michigan Christian Academy Comets (Burt Lake, MI), saw Alanson's basketball squad wallop North Michigan Christian Academy by a tally of 77-42.
With the victory, Alanson improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host Wolverine (Wolverine, MI) to confront the Wildcats in a Northern Lakes challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Wolverine won 65-11 in their recent non-league challenge against Atlanta (Atlanta, MI)
Next up, the Comets confront the Posen Vikings (Posen, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 22. North Michigan Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 32-29 league win over Hale (Hale, MI).
