California High School Basketball - Armijo overwhelmed by Fairfield
January 18, 2024: Fairfield, CA 94533 The Fairfield Falcons basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Armijo Royals to 25 in the Falcons league victory on Thursday.
The Falcons now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vallejo for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Fairfield will battle a Redhawks team coming off a 83-23 league loss to Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA). The Redhawks record now stands at 4-15.
The Royals (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Vanden (Fairfield, CA). The Vikings come into the Monticello Empire League contest with a 13-8 record. In their last contest, Vanden was routed by Clovis North (Fresno, CA), 80-63, in a non-league contest.
