The Denver North Vikings basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Lincoln Lancers to 57 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Regis Groff for a 5A/4A Denver Prep contest on Friday, January 19. Denver North will meet a Fusion team coming off a 63-53 non-league loss to Hinkley (Aurora, CO). The Fusion record now stands at 3-7.

The Lancers (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO). The Spartans enter the 5A/4A Denver Prep contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Thomas Jefferson was nudged by George Washington (Denver, CO), 67-46, in a non-league contest.
