Virginia High School Basketball - Highland crushes Quantico
January 18, 2024: Warrenton, VA 20186 Highland Hawks (Warrenton, VA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Quantico Warriors (Quantico, VA), 49-11 in a league bout.
With the victory, Highland upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Hawks host Foxcroft (Middleburg, VA) to play the None in a VISAA Division II bout on Monday, January 22. The None come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Foxcroft lost 27-12 in their recent league bout against Wakefield School (The Plains, VA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Grace Prep (Stafford, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 19. Quantico will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
