The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) and the visiting Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI), observed Scituate's basketball team knock off Mount St. Charles Academy by a score of 66-56.

The Spartans (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Cranston East (Cranston, RI). The Thunderbolts come into the non-league challenge with a 5-6 record. In their last challenge, Cranston East was knocked off by Westerly (Westerly, RI), 49-42, in a league outing.
