Anacortes Seahawks (Anacortes, WA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA), 38-36 in a league match.

With the victory, Anacortes advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Seahawks host Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA) to face the Lyncs in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest match on Wednesday, January 22. The Lyncs enter the match with a record of 12-2. Lynden Christian won 73-29 in their recent league match against Squalicum (Bellingham, WA)
