New Jersey High School Basketball - St. Joseph nips Colonia
January 19, 2023: Metuchen, NJ 08840 St. Joseph Falcons (Metuchen, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Colonia Patriots (Colonia, NJ), 47-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 13-1.
Next up, the Patriots play the South Brunswick Vikings (Monmouth Junction, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Colonia will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 58-46 league win over Piscataway (Piscataway, NJ).
