January 19, 2023: Lake Crystal, MN 56055 Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights (Lake Crystal, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman Jaguars (Granada, MN), 86-68 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Sibley East (Arlington, MN) to clash with the Wolverines in a AA Section 2 bout on Monday, January 23. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 4-11. Sibley East lost 84-46 in their recent league bout against Central (Norwood-Young America, MN)
Next up, the Jaguars clash with the Mountain Lake/Comfrey (Mountain Lake, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
