Michigan High School Basketball - Clio tops Owosso
January 19, 2024: Clio, MI 48420 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Clio Mustangs (Clio, MI) and the visiting Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI), saw Clio's basketball squad knock off Owosso by a count of 60-48.
With the victory, Clio upgrades its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Corunna (Corunna, MI) to play the Cavaliers in a Flint Metro challenge on Monday, January 22. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Corunna won 53-31 in their recent league challenge against Brandon (Ortonville, MI)
Next up, the Trojans play the Lake Fenton Blue Devils (Linden, MI) in a Flint Metro challenge, on Monday, January 22. Owosso will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 60-48 league win over Goodrich (Goodrich, MI).
