Michigan High School Basketball - Brandon nips Owosso
February 6, 2024: Ortonville, MI 48462 Brandon Blackhawks (Ortonville, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI), 35-31 in a league bout.
With the victory, Brandon upgrades its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Blackhawks host Goodrich (Goodrich, MI) to play the Martians in a Flint Metro bout on Friday, February 9. The Martians come into the bout with a record of 13-5. Goodrich won 64-34 in their recent league bout against Corunna (Corunna, MI)
Next up, the Trojans play the Lake Fenton Blue Devils (Linden, MI) in a Flint Metro bout, on Friday, February 9. Owosso will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 13-5 record after their 73-41 league win over Clio (Clio, MI).
