Michigan High School Basketball - Hamilton topped by Holland Christian
January 19, 2024: Holland, MI 49423 The Holland Christian Maroons basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Hamilton Hawkeyes to 53 in the Maroons league victory on Friday.
The Maroons now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Unity Christian for a Ottawa-Kent - Blue contest on Tuesday, January 23. Holland Christian will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 58-56 league win over Coopersville (Coopersville, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-4.
The Hawkeyes (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Spring Lake (Spring Lake, MI). The Lakers come into the Ottawa-Kent - Blue contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Spring Lake dropped by West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI), 62-58, in a league contest.
