January 19, 2024: Neola, IA 51559 In Friday's league outing, the IKM/Manning Wolves (Manning, IA) basketball squad nipped the host Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA), by a margin of 66-60.
The Wolves (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Underwood (Underwood, IA). The Eagles go into the Western Iowa outing with a 13-0 record. In their last outing, Underwood got by Harlan (Harlan, IA), 57-49, in a non-league outing.
The Trojans now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Treynor for a Western Iowa outing on Tuesday, January 23. Tri-Center will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 72-43 league win over Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-2.
