The Cardinals now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Denison-Schleswig for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 14. Treynor will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 63-49 league loss to Harlan (Harlan, IA). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-4.
The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA). The Big Reds come into the Western Iowa battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Missouri Valley trounced Griswold (Griswold, IA), 58-42, in a league battle.
