The Kettering Captains (Waterford, MI) basketball nipped the visiting Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI), 41-34 in Friday's league test.

The Captains (3-10) will now prepare for their test against South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI). The Cougars go into the Lakes Valley test with a 8-5 record.
