January 19, 2024: Stillwater, MN 55082 The St. Croix Prep Lions basketball team (Stillwater, MN), was overwhelmed 84-54 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN)
The Mustangs now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Agnes for a non-league battle on Monday, January 22. Maranatha Christian Academy will battle a Aggies team coming off a 58-56 league win over St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN). The Aggies record now stands at 11-4.
The Lions (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The Beacons come into the AA Section 4 battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Concordia Academy trounced Nova Classical Academy/Fit Academy Charter (St. Paul, MN), 77-64, in a league battle.
