Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Croix Lutheran thwarts St. Croix Prep
February 16, 2024: Stillwater, MN 55082 The St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN) basketball knocked off the host St. Croix Prep Lions (Stillwater, MN), 76-63 in Friday's league test.
The Crusaders (16-5) will now prepare for their test against St. Agnes (St. Paul, MN). The Aggies go into the AA Section 4 test with a 16-7 record. In their last test, St. Agnes notched a victory over New Life Academy (Woodbury, MN), 66-62, in a non-league test.
The Lions now own a 5-17 record. They play next when they travel to Maranatha Christian Academy for a non-league test on Monday, February 19. St. Croix Prep will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 84-46 league win over Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-5.
