California High School Basketball - Lincoln ripped by Ponderosa

January 19, 2024: Shingle Springs, CA 95682

The Ponderosa Bruins basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Lincoln Fighting Zebras to 16 in the Bruins league triumph on Friday.

The Bruins now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nevada Union for a contest on Tuesday, January 23. Ponderosa will battle a Miners team coming off a 47-2 league win over Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Miners record now stands at 10-9.

The Fighting Zebras (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against West Park (Roseville, CA). The Panthers enter the contest with a 17-2 record. In their last contest, West Park triumphed over Placer (Auburn, CA), 34-29, in a league contest.
