Idaho High School Basketball - Meadows Valley ripped by Salmon River
January 2, 2023: Riggins, ID 83549 The Salmon River Savages basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Meadows Valley Mountaineers to 29 in the Savages league triumph on Monday.
With the victory, Salmon River upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Savages travel to Clearwater Valley (Kooskia, ID) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Clearwater Valley lost 88-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Kendrick (Kendrick, ID)
Next up, the Mountaineers play the Nezperce Nighthawks (Nezperce, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Meadows Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 68-45 non-league win over Salmon River (Riggins, ID).
