January 2, 2024: Killeen, TX 76543 The Shoemaker Wolves (Killeen, TX) basketball smashed the host Killeen Kangaroos (Killeen, TX), 100-68 in Tuesday's league contest.
The Wolves now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ellison for a 5A Region III District 22 contest on Friday, January 5. Shoemaker will battle a Eagles team coming off a 83-39 league win over Chaparral (Killeen, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 18-4.
The Kangaroos (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Belton (Temple, TX). The Broncos enter the 5A Region III District 22 contest with a 8-14 record. In their last contest, Lake Belton was routed by Waco (Waco, TX), 61-56, in a league contest.
