January 2, 2024: River Falls, WI 54022 River Falls Wildcats (River Falls, WI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Rice Lake Warriors (Rice Lake, WI), 73-44 in a league bout.
With the victory, River Falls upgrades its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Eau Claire North (Eau Claire, WI) to play the Huskies in a Big Rivers bout on Friday, January 5. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 5-5. Eau Claire North won 87-83 in their recent non-league bout against La Crosse Logan (La Crosse, WI)
Next up, the Warriors play the Hudson Raiders (Hudson, WI) in a Big Rivers bout, on Friday, January 5. Rice Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 59-44 non-league loss to Hortonville (Hortonville, WI).
