Wisconsin High School Basketball - River Falls tops New Richmond
December 5, 2023: New Richmond, WI 54017 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the River Falls Wildcats (River Falls, WI) and the host New Richmond Tigers (New Richmond, WI), saw River Falls's basketball squad knock off New Richmond by a tally of 74-64.
With the victory, River Falls improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Hudson (Hudson, WI) to play the Raiders in a Big Rivers challenge on Friday, December 8. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Hudson lost 59-47 in their recent league challenge against Eau Claire Memorial (Eau Claire, WI)
Next up, the Tigers play the Menomonie Mustangs (Menomonie, WI) in a Big Rivers challenge, on Friday, December 8. New Richmond will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 52-40 league loss to Eau Claire North (Eau Claire, WI).
