Michigan High School Basketball - Mason County Central holds off Hart
January 2, 2025: Scottville, MI 49454 The Mason County Central Spartans basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Hart Pirates to 47 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Orchard View for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Mason County Central will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 61-34 league win over Fremont (Fremont, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Hart falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Grant (Grant, MI) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 5-0.
