Michigan High School Basketball - Mason County Central bested by Hart
February 7, 2025: Hart, MI 49420 Hart Pirates (Hart, MI) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Mason County Central Spartans (Scottville, MI), 53-42 in a league match.
With the victory, Hart advances its record to 12-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to Ravenna (Ravenna, MI) to meet the Bulldogs in a Western Michigan Lakes - Rivers match on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 9-9. Ravenna won 57-46 in their recent league match against Hesperia (Hesperia, MI)
The Spartans now own a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fremont for a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. Mason County Central will meet a Packers squad coming off a 55-51 non-league win over Western Michigan Christian (Muskegon, MI). The Packers record now stands at 5-12.
