The Central Indians (Cheyenne, WY) basketball nipped the host Laramie Plainsmen (Laramie, WY), 61-56 in Friday's league test.

The Indians (13-2) will now prepare for their test against East (Cheyenne, WY). The Thunderbirds go into the 4A Southeast test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, East got by South (Cheyenne, WY), 88-40, in a league test.

The Plainsmen now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they host South for a 4A Southeast test on Thursday, January 26. Laramie will encounter a Bison squad coming off a 88-40 league loss to East (Cheyenne, WY). The Bison record now stands at 4-10.
