The Cortland Purple Tigers (Cortland, NY) basketball knocked off the visiting Oswego Bucs (Oswego, NY), 55-46 in Friday's league test.

The Purple Tigers (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Public Service Leadership Academy (Syracuse, NY). The Falcons go into the Section 3 Salt City - Empire test with a 3-5 record.

The Bucs now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Central Square for a Section 3 Salt City - Empire test on Tuesday, January 24.
