The Weir Red Riders (Weirton, WV) basketball nipped the host Harrison Central Huskies (Cadiz, OH), 81-77 in Friday's non-league test.

The Red Riders (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Madonna (Weirton, WV). The Blue Dons go into the non-league test with a 7-7 record.

The Huskies now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Buckeye Local for a non-league test on Thursday, January 26.
