Louisiana High School Basketball - Lacassine overwhelms Midland
January 20, 2023: Lacassine, LA 70650 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lacassine Cardinals (Lacassine, LA) and the visiting Midland Rebels (Midland, LA), saw Lacassine's basketball squad wallop Midland by a tally of 86-59.
With the victory, Lacassine improves its record to 17-9 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to JS Clark Leadership Academy (Opelousas, LA) to confront the Bulldogs in a B District 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-8.
Next up, the Rebels confront the Bell City Bruins (Bell City, LA) in a B District 6 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Midland will attempt to improve on its 8-17 season record.
