The Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Tri-County North Panthers to 53 in the Blackhawks league victory on Friday.

The Blackhawks now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ansonia for a Western Ohio contest on Saturday, January 21. Mississinawa Valley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 56-32 league win over National Trail (New Paris, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 10-7.

The Panthers (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Arcanum (Arcanum, OH). The Trojans come into the Western Ohio contest with a 8-8 record.
