The Baker Spartans basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the host Lodge Grass Indians to 54 in the Spartans league victory on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Labre Indian Catholic for a B District 3 contest on Saturday, January 21. Baker will battle a Braves team coming off a 69-23 league loss to Colstrip (Colstrip, MT). The Braves record now stands at 0-5.

The Indians (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hardin (Hardin, MT). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 8-2 record.
