Texas High School Basketball - Frisco falls to Lone Star

January 20, 2023: Frisco, TX 75034

In Friday's league match, the visiting Lone Star Rangers basketball team scored a good 49-38 triumph over the Frisco Raccoons.

In their next game, the Rangers meet the Wakeland Wolverines (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 match, on Tuesday, January 24. Lone Star will attempt to better on its 11-11 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 9-22 record after their 34-30 league loss to Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX).

With the defeat, Frisco moves to 16-10 on the year. The Raccoons travel to Turner (Carrollton, TX) to meet the Lions in a 5A Region II District 9 match on Tuesday, January 24. The Lions enter the match with a record of 5-21. Turner lost 75-31 in their recent league match against Creekview (Carrollton, TX)
