California High School Basketball - West Hills can't hold off Santana
January 20, 2023: Santee, CA 92071 The Santana Sultans basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host West Hills Wolf Pack to 37 in the Sultans league victory on Friday.
The Sultans now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Steele Canyon for a contest on Tuesday, January 24. Santana will battle a Cougars team coming off a 54-34 league win over El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-6.
The Wolf Pack (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA). The Matadors come into the contest with a 0-12 record. In their last contest, Mount Miguel was nudged by El Capitan (Lakeside, CA), 47-23, in a league contest.
