Washington High School Basketball - Ballard knocked off by Roosevelt
January 20, 2024: Seattle, WA 98117 The Roosevelt Roughriders basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Ballard Beavers to 30 in the Roughriders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Roughriders now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeside for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Roosevelt will battle a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cleveland (Seattle, WA). The Lions record now stands at 4-5.
The Beavers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Seattle, WA). The Lynx enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Lincoln ran past Roosevelt (Seattle, WA), 51-48, in a non-league contest.
