Washington High School Basketball - Roosevelt nips Ballard
December 12, 2023: Seattle, WA 98115 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Roosevelt Roughriders (Seattle, WA) and the visiting Ballard Beavers (Seattle, WA), saw Roosevelt's basketball squad hold off Ballard by a tally of 36-29.
With the victory, Roosevelt improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Roughriders travel to Garfield (Seattle, WA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Beavers play the Mariner Marauders (Everett, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Ballard will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Marauders come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 71-44 non-league win over Marysville-Pilchuck (Marysville, WA).
