Illinois High School Basketball - Metamora fells Manual
January 21, 2023: Metamora, IL 61548 Metamora Redbirds (Metamora, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Manual Rams (Peoria, IL), 58-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Metamora upgrades its record to 19-2 on the season. The Redbirds host South County (Lorton, VA) to clash with the Stallions in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 10-5. South County lost 68-53 in their recent non-league bout against Manual (Peoria, IL)
Next up, the Rams clash with the Bogan Bengals (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Manual will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Bengals come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 77-47 non-league loss to Metamora (Metamora, IL).
