California High School Basketball - Northgate tops Campolindo

Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA), 42-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, Northgate upgrades its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Miramonte (Orinda, CA) to play the Matadors in a Diablo - Foothill bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Matadors come into the bout with a record of 17-3. Miramonte won 57-29 in their recent non-league bout against Dublin (Dublin, CA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) in a Diablo - Foothill bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Campolindo will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Dons come into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 66-51 non-league loss to Piedmont (Piedmont, CA).
