Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) and the visiting Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA), saw Northgate's basketball squad hold off Campolindo by a tally of 37-33.

With the victory, Northgate improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Broncos host Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA) to play the Knights in a Diablo - Foothill challenge on Monday, January 9. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Las Lomas lost 77-22 in their recent league challenge against Acalanes (Lafayette, CA)
