Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Columbia crushes Mifflinburg
January 21, 2023: Bloomsburg, PA 17815 Central Columbia Bluejays (Bloomsburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mifflinburg Wildcats (Mifflinburg, PA), 67-27 in a league bout.
With the win, Central Columbia upgrades its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Bluejays host Milton (Milton, PA) to play the Black Panthers in a Heartland II challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Black Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-9.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Hughesville Spartans (Hughesville, PA) in a Heartland III challenge, on Monday, January 23. Mifflinburg will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 44-32 league win over Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA).
