In Saturday's league outing, the Valley Pirates (Sanders, AZ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Many Farms Lobos (Many Farms, AZ), by a count of 59-16.

The Pirates (10-8) will now prepare for their outing against St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ). The Redskins go into the 2A North outing with a 16-8 record. In their last outing, St. Johns smashed Hopi (Keams Canyon, AZ), 45-12, in a league outing.
