The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Edmonson County Wildcats (Brownsville, KY) and the host Todd County Central Rebels (Elkton, KY), observed Edmonson County's basketball team overcome Todd County Central by a margin of 59-42.

The Wildcats (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY). The Cougars come into the District 12 challenge with a 14-4 record. In their last challenge, Grayson County defeated Apollo (Owensboro, KY), 64-59, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Russellville Panthers (Russellville, KY) in a District 13 challenge, on Friday, January 24. Todd County Central will attempt to better on its 1-18 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 83-45 non-league loss to Barren County (Glasgow, KY).
