Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Line Mountain Eagles (Herndon, PA), 57-45 in a league match.

With the victory, Halifax advances its record to 14-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Greenwood (Millerstown, PA) to face the Wildcats in a Tri-Valley match on Saturday, January 25. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 13-3.

The Eagles now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Susquenita for a Tri-Valley match on Thursday, January 23. Line Mountain will face a Blackhawks squad coming off a 59-41 non-league loss to Muncy (Muncy, PA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 9-5.
