January 21, 2025: Fort Mill, SC 29708 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots (Mooresville, NC) and the host Walnut Grove Christian Christian Warriors (Fort Mill, SC), observed Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy's basketball team knock off Walnut Grove Christian by a score of 74-64.
The Patriots (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Providence Classical (Rock Hill, SC). The Paladins come into the CSAA challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Providence Classical prevailed over Judah Christian Academy (Stanley, NC), 67-47, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Christian Warriors encounter the Grace Academy Lions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 23. Walnut Grove Christian will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 70-53 non-league loss to Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC).
