Grand Rapids Thunderhawks (Grand Rapids, MN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hermantown Hawks (Hermantown, MN), 80-59 in a league bout.

With the victory, Grand Rapids upgrades its record to 17-2 on the campaign. The Thunderhawks travel to Duluth East (Duluth, MN) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Monday, January 24. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a record of 8-10.

Next up, the Hawks play the Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN) in a AAA Section 7 bout, on Monday, January 24. Hermantown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record.
