With the victory, Nooksack Valley advances its record to 6-5 on the year. The Pioneers host Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA) to meet the Lyncs in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 23. The Lyncs enter the battle with a record of 11-1. Lynden Christian won 66-24 in their recent non-league battle against Anacortes (Anacortes, WA)
The Mountaineers now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Harbor for a non-league battle on Friday, January 24. Mt. Baker will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 21-20 non-league loss to Meridian (Bellingham, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-7.
