In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Williams Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 88-33 triumph over the Cummings Cavaliers.

The Bulldogs (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Graham (Graham, NC). The Red Devils go into the Mid-Carolina 4A/5A/6A contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Graham smashed Western Alamance (Elon, NC), 61-48, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Cavaliers battle the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) in a Mid-Carolina 4A/5A/6A game, on Monday, January 26. Cummings will attempt to better on its 3-11 season record. The Rockets go into the game with a 8-9 record after their 66-49 league loss to Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).
