Texas High School Basketball - Bangs ripped by Miles
January 23, 2024: Bangs, TX 76823 The Miles Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Bangs Dragons to 35 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roscoe for a 2A Region I District 8 contest on Friday, January 26. Miles will play a Plowboys squad coming off a 42-39 league win over Coleman (Coleman, TX). The Plowboys record now stands at 9-7.
Next up, the Dragons play the Winters Blizzards (Winters, TX) in a 2A Region I District 8 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Bangs will attempt to upgrade on its 0-22 season record. The Blizzards come into the challenge with a 10-12 record after their 47-42 league win over Colorado (Colorado City, TX).
