Texas High School Basketball - Bangs knocked off by Coleman
January 30, 2024: Bangs, TX 76823 The Coleman Bluecats basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Bangs Dragons to 51 in the Bluecats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bluecats now sport a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miles for a 2A Region I District 8 contest on Friday, February 2. Coleman will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 58-43 league win over Winters (Winters, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-7.
The Dragons (0-24) will now prepare for their contest against Colorado (Colorado City, TX). The Wolves enter the 2A Region I District 8 contest with a 6-21 record. In their last contest, Colorado was defeated by Roscoe (Roscoe, TX), 41-36, in a league contest.
