California High School Basketball - Smith Valley crushes Coleville
January 23, 2024: Coleville, CA 93517 Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Coleville Wolves (Coleville, CA), 68-21 in a league bout.
With the win, Smith Valley upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host Whittell (Zephyr Cove, NV) to clash with the Warriors in a 1A West bout on Friday, January 26. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-14. Whittell lost 82-50 in their recent league bout against Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV)
Next up, the Wolves clash with the Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV) in a 1A West bout, on Friday, January 26. Coleville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Serpents go into the bout with a 12-8 record after their 67-32 league win over Excel Christian (Sparks, NV).
