Maine High School Basketball - Hall-Dale tops Dirigo
January 23, 2024: Dixfield, ME 04224 Hall-Dale Bulldogs (Farmingdale, ME) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Dirigo Cougars (Dixfield, ME), 72-57 in a league bout.
With the victory, Hall-Dale upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Dirigo (Dixfield, ME) to play the Cougars in a C South bout on Friday, January 26. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 8-5. Dirigo won 61-30 in their recent non-league bout against Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME)
Next up, the Cougars play the Lisbon Greyhounds (Lisbon Falls, ME) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Dirigo will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 81-43 non-league loss to Maranacook (Readfield, ME).
